Shipping & Delivery
Your dress is cut and sewn after you order: 7–14 days in production, then tracked shipping to the US and UK. 14–28 days door to door.
Returns & Exchanges
We make it fit. If the cut is our error, we remake it or refund you in full. If your measurements were off, we send a $30 tailor credit toward a local adjustment, so the dress still ends up fitting you.

The puff sleeves tipped it, so being patient about the rest made good sense...

Mist blue is exactly the soft grey blue I was after and it has not let me down. If I am fussing it could hold stronger in daylight, but I knew that from the listing. It gets more wear than I planned.
