These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Golden Knot LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Bielline ("Bielline", "we", "us"), located at 30 N Gould St Ste 45741, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. They govern your use of bielline.com (the "Site") and every purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they incorporate: our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and your information

By using the Site you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You agree that the information you provide to us, including contact, billing, and shipping details, is current, complete, and accurate, and that you will keep it updated. You are responsible for activity that occurs under any account or email address you use with us.

2. What we sell

Every Bielline dress is made to order: production begins after you place your order, and your dress is cut to the two sizes you select at checkout. Nothing is pre-made or held in stock. Because of this, the timelines in section 5 and the return terms in section 6 differ from off-the-shelf retail; please read them before ordering.

We work to display our dresses, colours, and fabrics as accurately as possible, but screens differ; we cannot guarantee your display renders colours exactly. Product descriptions, fabrics, prices, and availability may change at any time without notice, and we may discontinue any style at any time.

3. Orders and measurements

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion (for example, where we suspect fraud, resale intent, or an error in pricing or product information); acceptance occurs when we confirm your order and payment is received. Purchases are for personal use only, not for commercial resale.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the sizes and measurements you submit at checkout. Our Size Guide explains how to measure, and our fit team answers questions at hello@bielline.com before you order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

4. Prices, billing, and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (and in pounds sterling for UK customers). Prices may change at any time; the price at the moment you order is the price you pay. Prices may differ between sales channels. Applicable taxes and the shipping rate are shown at checkout before you confirm.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information, and you authorise us (through our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for your order. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Production, shipping, delivery, and duties

Each dress is cut and sewn to order in 7 to 14 days, then shipped tracked to your door in a further 7 to 14 days; delivery takes 14 to 28 days from order to doorstep. Shipping is a flat $15 worldwide and complimentary on orders over $140. Full details are on Shipping & Delivery.

Delivery timelines are good-faith estimates, not guarantees; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier, but don't let that worry you: damage in transit is expressly covered by our Refund Policy, at our cost.

International orders may be assessed import duties or taxes by your country's customs authority on arrival. These charges are set by your customs authority, not by us, and are your responsibility, settled at delivery.

6. The Fit Guarantee, refunds, and returns

Our Refund Policy is part of these Terms. In short: a production error entitles you to a priority remake or a full refund; a dress made to your ordered measurements that needs adjusting is supported with a $30 tailoring credit; change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted on made-to-order garments.

7. Errors, inaccuracies, and omissions

Occasionally information on the Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information or cancel affected orders (with a full refund of anything you paid) at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

8. Intellectual property

The Bielline name, logo, dress designs, photography, copy, and all other Site content belong to Golden Knot LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal shopping; any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content requires our prior written permission.

9. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other feedback (whether we asked for it or not), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without obligation to you. You confirm your feedback is your own, is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and doesn't violate anyone's rights. We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit, or remove content we consider unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

10. Third-party links and tools

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or make third-party tools available. These are provided for convenience, "as is", without warranties or endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services; please review their terms and direct any complaints to them.

11. Our relationship with Shopify

The Site is hosted on Shopify, which provides our ecommerce platform and processes data on our behalf. Bielline operates independently of Shopify: Shopify is not the seller of our dresses and is not responsible for our products, sales, or any claim arising from your purchase. To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify Inc. and its affiliates from claims arising out of your transactions with us.

12. Privacy

Your personal information, including the measurements you entrust to us, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Site: for any unlawful purpose; to infringe intellectual property or other rights; to harass, abuse, or discriminate; to transmit viruses or malicious code; to submit false or misleading information; to collect or track personal information of others; to spam, phish, or impersonate any person; or to interfere with or circumvent the Site's security features. Automated agents accessing the Site must identify themselves accurately in their user agent, must not mimic human behavior, and must not bypass security or rate-limiting measures. We may terminate access for violating any prohibited use.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms; you remain responsible for amounts owed through the date of termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) survive.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and the Refund Policy, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Knot LLC, its directors, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data) arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of your place of residence, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Knot LLC, its affiliates, and Shopify from claims by third parties arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of the Site, including reasonable attorneys' fees. We may assume the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense, and will not settle any claim imposing non-monetary obligations on you without your consent.

18. General terms

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies they incorporate, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede prior communications. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign ours without restriction. Section headings are for convenience only.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over disputes, except that if you are a consumer in the UK or EU you retain any mandatory protections granted by your local law, including any right to bring proceedings locally.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date, and material changes will be notified as required by law. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
