Shipping & Delivery
Your dress is cut and sewn after you order: 7–14 days in production, then tracked shipping to the US and UK. 14–28 days door to door.
Returns & Exchanges
We make it fit. If the cut is our error, we remake it or refund you in full. If your measurements were off, we send a $30 tailor credit toward a local adjustment, so the dress still ends up fitting you.

the slip runs close and that shape has not been kind to me before, so I was ready to hate it. It glides over me rather than gripping, and I did not expect that. My one note is the dip in the neck, a touch less deep would suit me better
